BTC 跌破 70K 原因為何？可能是因為一場法院判決，讓 SEC 可以繼續對比特幣現貨 ETF 的託管商與交易所 Coinbase 繼續上訴，指控 Coinbase 是一間未經註冊的交易所、經紀商與清算商，並透過其質押方案「從事未註冊的證券發行和銷售」。

此前，Coinbase 向法庭申請動議，希望可以讓 SEC 不要繼續以上述指控來針對 Coinbase。
