昨日是 SEC 給各家 ETF 發行商提交比特幣現貨 ETF 修改文件的最後一天，除了 Hashdex 外，各家資產管理公司都已準時提交，內容包含費用以及種子資金等。根據彭博社 ETF 分析師 James Seyffort 的推文，SEC 已對剛提交的 S-1 文件發表了補充評論，因此他預期在明天會看到更多的修改文件，但他不認同這是個延遲信號。

除 Hashdex 外，其他發行商都已提交最新文件

除了 Hashdex 外，各家資產管理公司都已提交了最新文件。

Fox Business 記者 Eleanor Terrett 和 彭博社 ETF 分析師 James Seyffort 都認為，由於 Hashdex 是用其原本的比特幣期貨 ETF (DEFI) 申請轉型，因此，其提交申請的時間可能略有不同，但這並不一定意味著如果其他公司獲得批准， Hashdex 就不會獲得批准。

ETF 費用戰爭已展開

之前彭博社 ETF 分析師 Eric Balchunas 就曾指出：

這將是一場費用戰爭，而且永遠不會結束，因為這就是 ETF 的正常生活。

昨日各家資產管理公司提出的最新費用如下表，除了灰度高達 1.5% (其現行的 GBTC 為 2%) ，其他各家都喊出極低的費用，方舟、Bitwise 和 Invesco (景順) 甚至提出了初期免費的優惠。

SEC 已發表補充評論，明天將有更多修改文件

不過根據彭博社 ETF 分析師 James Seyffort 的推文，SEC 已對剛剛提交的 S-1 文件發表了補充評論，因此他預期明天會看到更多的修改文件，但他不認同這是個延遲信號。他指出：

我從未看過在收到文件的同一天即發表評論，如果 SEC 想要採取拖延戰術，他們就不會如此迅速反應。
