Tether 執行長 Paolo Ardoino 向 The Block 透露，即將在 4 月 20 日於 TON 鏈上推出 USDT 及錨定黃金的 XAUT 穩定幣。

USDT、XAUT 拓展至 TON

XAUT 將在未來幾個月內上線，XAUT 除了以太坊以外，TON 是其拓展的第二個區塊鏈。Ardoino 表示：

USDT 和 XAUT 在 TON 區塊鏈上的發行將允許無縫的價值轉移，提高活動性、流動性，同時為用戶提供可媲美傳統金融體系的體驗。

他聲稱 Telegram 擁有令人印象深刻的生態系統，擁有 9 億月活躍用戶，而 Tether 在全球擁有超過 3 億用戶，兩者的生態有望相互賦能。

託管錢包專案 Telegram Wallet 也在 20 日發佈幾項更新：

錢包用戶可免費向聯絡人轉帳 USDT。

USDT 轉至外部 TON 錢包免費 (截至六月底)。

持有 USDT 可參與 Wallet Earn，TON 獎勵年化 50%。

Telegram 在今年 2 月宣佈啟動廣告分潤計畫，廣告收益向近百國家的頻道所有者開放，並以 TON 代幣支付頻道所有者。

Toncoin 目前已成為市值第九大加密貨幣，市值達到 211 億美元。
