1. Please click again: Asset Management – Cryptocurrency You Want to View – Deposit, and check the new deposit address. The address displayed by the system at that moment shall prevail.
2. Before pasting the address/scanning the QR code, please double-check that the address has been updated (do not use old addresses, screenshots, or historical records).
3. If you have multiple deposit requests, you must confirm each deposit.
Important Notes:
- Do not use previously saved addresses, chat logs, or addresses from old announcements for direct transfers.
- If you encounter address display errors, inability to deposit, or delayed deposits, please pause your operation and contact customer service for assistance.
