Announcement on Delisting of VTHO (VeThor Token)

Dear 8V Users:

Due to a comprehensive evaluation of the VTHO/USDT trading pair conducted by the platform, and considering user complaints and feedback, 8V has decided to delist the VTHO token and cease spot trading on February 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Hong Kong Time).

The delisting process is as follows:

1. The VTHO/USDT trading pair will be removed;

2. Spot trading of the aforementioned token will cease and all pending orders will be cancelled on February 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Hong Kong Time);

3. Deposits and withdrawals of the aforementioned token will cease on February 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Hong Kong Time);

4. If you still hold VTHO tokens, 8V will exchange them for USDT for you;

5. We expect to airdrop the exchanged USDT to your 8V account before March 3, 2026.

Please note that the exchange rate for the delisted tokens to USDT cannot be guaranteed. Further notification will be given after the exchange is completed.
