Announcement on TRON (TRX) network upgrade

Dear user:

8V will support TRON (TRX) network upgrades to continue to provide users with a better service experience.

8V will upgrade and maintain the TRON (TRX) network at 14:00 on January 23, 2026 (Hong Kong time). In order to cooperate with this upgrade, 8V will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services of the TRON (TRX) network at 13:55 on January 23, 2026 (Hong Kong time). This upgrade is expected to last approximately 1 hour.

Note:

• During the upgrade, users can still trade related tokens supported by the TRON network normally;

• Please make arrangements for deposit and withdrawal in advance, and 8V will assist in handling related technical issues involved during the upgrade;

• After the upgrade is completed and the network is confirmed to be operating stably, the deposit and withdrawal services for relevant tokens will be resumed, and no further announcement will be made at that time.
