This is because the third-party payment gateway failed to communicate successfully. In this case, although the deduction appears, it is only a pre-authorization hold and will be refunded. Due to international settlement, the refund process may take 3-7 business days. Please be patient.

Find an ATM that accepts digital credit cards, insert your 8V debit card into the card slot, and use it like a traditional bank card, entering the personal identification number (PIN) associated with your 8V debit card for security verification.
