1. Conditions of Use
- You must have a physical card (virtual cards are not supported for ATM withdrawals).
- The card must be activated.
2. First time use: Modify withdrawal code
- 1.Before first use, you need to change the system-assigned initial withdrawal code (ATM password) to your personal password:
- Open the App and enter the [Card] function;
- 2.Select Card Manager, click PIN/Withdrawal Code Settings, and follow the prompts to complete the security verification;
- 3.Enter and confirm the new withdrawal code to take effect.
- The new password must be set to a complex 6-digit number. Avoid using simple combinations (such as 123456, 000000).
3. Cash withdrawal process
- Go to any Visa-supported ATM.
- Insert your physical card and enter the new withdrawal code you’ve set.
- Select Withdraw.
- Enter the amount and confirm.
- Withdraw the cash and receipt.
4. Limits
- Daily withdrawal limit: 5,000 SGD
- Monthly withdrawal limit: 10,000 SGD
- Withdrawal requests exceeding the limit will be rejected.
5. Remarks
- Funding Source: Cash withdrawals are made directly from your trading account or current account balance; no separate top-up is required.
- Service Fees: Some ATMs may charge a fee for international withdrawals. Please refer to the ATM for details.
- International Withdrawals: International withdrawals are settled at the real-time exchange rate, which may result in exchange rate differences.

- After changing your withdrawal code, keep it safe and avoid sharing it.
