2. Select [Apply Now]
3. On the “Open Savings Card” page, enter your [English Surname], [English Name], [Bind Mobile Number], and [SMS Verification Code] as required.
4. Fill in the card receiving information as required on the “Express Information” interface. After completing the filling, click [Next] and the “Activate Card” page will prompt “Activate Successfully” to complete the card activation.
