Steps For Wrong Chain Asset Retrieval

Perquisite: You withdraw from external platform to 8V Exchange, and the incorrectly sent cryptocurrency is supported on the intended chain. Only then can 8V Exchange assists with retrieval.

Fees: Currently, wrong-chain assets retrieval need technical investigation for retrieval, hence you need to pay 100USDT as a handling fee.

Retrieval steps:

1. Login to your 8V Exchange account, contact us through the official customer service;
2. Provide the sending address, receiving address, TXID, and remarks indicating the chain you need to transfer and the actual chain of the transfer: for example you need to use USDT-TRC20, but wrongly used USDT-ERC20;
3. 8V Exchange customer service will arrange for you to pay the corresponding handling fee. After the payment is completed, arrange for the recovery of the wrong chain assets;
4. If it cannot be retrieved, the customer service will communicate with you and inform you that it cannot be retrieved without charging any fees.

Please double check the receiving address and chain type when withdrawing to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and asset loss.
