Reasons for deposit recharge not arriving

Blockchain asset transfers consist of three steps: transfer out >> block confirmation >> successful receipt/deposit. 

  1. Transfer out: If the withdrawal status on the withdrawal platform shows “completed” or “successful”, it means that the transfer has been successfully sent from the platform to the blockchain. However, this does not mean that the transfer has been successfully credited to the receiving platform.
  2. Block confirmation: Each transaction in a block will take a certain amount of time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. Please wait patiently for the corresponding block confirmation to be completed.
  3. Deposit: The receiving platform will deposit funds into your account only after the blockchain has been confirmed and the number of confirmations is sufficient. (The number of confirmations for each currency can be viewed on the stored value page.)

Notice:

  1.  Block congestion and delays often occur due to a large number of transactions, affecting the timeliness of transactions. Generally, patience is sufficient. Users can also check the processing progress using the hash value (TXID) in the corresponding block explorer.
  2. If you encounter issues such as slow crediting, prolonged delays in crediting, or no record of credited funds during the top-up process, you can contact 8V’s official customer service for assistance.
